… then I’m happy!
This is the healthiest, strongest potato patch we’ve had in years! Our All Blue and Rose Finn Apple varieties will be ready for harvesting in early August, after the tops have fallen over and started decaying. (Of course, if I can’t wait until then, I can dig up baby potatoes in a month or so!)
How will we eat them all? Boiled in potato salads! Roasted in rounds! Smashed with garlic and goat cheese! And certainly grilled with herbs, then doused with a lemony, olive oil dressing. Click here for a no-fail, always-pleasing recipe!
